Anche il primo mese dell’anno ce lo siamo lasciati alle spalle e dopo una grande scorpacciata di grandi produzioni tra cui Dragon Ball FighterZ e Monster Hunter: World ci tuffiamo in un mese di febbraio che si prospetta ricco di produzioni interessanti.

Partiamo con il 7 febbraio, data in cui potremo mettere le mani sulla prima esclusiva di rilievo Sony dell’anno, ossia Shadow of the Colossus, il remake del titolo targato Bluepoint uscito prima nel lontano 2006 su PlayStation 2 e successivamente sbarcato nel 2011 su PlayStation 3, che si preannuncio un vero e proprio capolavoro per quanto riguarda il rinnovamento grafico apportato alla produzione.

Passano solo due giorni e i possessori PlayStation 4 dovranno di nuovo aprire il portafoglio per accogliere nelle proprie case il titolo dedicato al popolare manga scritto e disegnato da Nakaba Suzuki, The Seven Deadly Sins: Knights of Britannia, nuovo Action RPG sviluppato dagli studi di Bandai Namco che racconterà una storia completamente originale e autonoma.

Arriviamo al 13 febbraio, una data molto importante per gli amanti dei musou e della serie Dynasty Warriors che torna su PS4 e Xbox One con Dynasty Warriors 9, nuovo capitolo della serie targata Koei Tecmo e Omega Force che introdurrà delle meccaniche Open World inedite.

Lo stesso giorno ci ritroveremo anche a calcare i terreni della Boemia del XV secolo grazie Kingdom Come: Deliverance un gioco di ruolo open world in arrivo su PS4 e Xbox One in cui le nostre decisioni risulteranno molto importanti ai fini della trama.

Passiamo poi ad un altro remake stavolta targato Square Enix, Secret of Mana, il JRPG uscito nel lontano 1993 su Super Nintendo che ritorna il 15 febbraio in una veste completamente nuova in 3D riprendendo la storia original e portandoci a vivere nuovamente le avventure di Randi, Primm e Popoi da una prospettiva completamente nuova, contando anche su una colonna sonora riarrangiata, i dialoghi doppiati e una serie di contenuti inediti.

Il 16 febbraio poi sarà ancora tempo di grandi ritorni con la strega per eccellenza che sbarcherà finalmente su Nintendo Switch con Bayonetta e Bayonetta 2 con i giocatori che potranno finalmente riassaporare un gameplay unico caratterizzato da personaggi decisamente sopra le righe.

Una settimana dopo, il 22 febbraio, sarà il giorno di uno dei titoli più discussi e contestati (da parte dei fan) di Konami, stiamo parlando di Metal Gear Survive, spin-off della saga in arrivo su PC, PS4 e Xbox One incentrato sul multiplayer e la co-op in cui dovremo affrontare orde di nemici corrotti e lottare per la nostra sopravvivenza.

Anche in questo caso Metal Gear Survive non sarà il solo ad uscire il 22 febbraio, infatti anche Bandai Namco parteciperà al valzer delle uscite lanciando su PS4 e Xbox One Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet, primo titolo della serie ambientato nel mondo di Gun Gale Online visto nella seconda stagione dell’anime.

Il 27 febbraio, infine, è il giorno di Milestone che ritorna a far parlare di sé con il suo corsistico Gravel, titolo basato completamente sulle corse off-road che ci permetterà di correre in quattro diverse discipline, ossia Cross Country, Wild Rush, Speed Cross e Stadium, all’interno di circuiti in mezzo alle foreste e fango.
