Manca poco meno di una settimana agli attesissimi The Game Awards 2018 e nelle scorse ore sono circolati in rete alcuni rumor secondo i quali Borderlands 3 sarà annunciato durante quest’ultimo.
Stando a quanto ha affermato il boss di Gearbox, Randy Pitchford, potrebbe essere davvero arrivato il momento di far vedere qualcosa del tanto atteso terzo capitolo della serie.
Pitchford ha infatti pubblicato una serie di tweet incentrati sul numero 3, partendo dal primo troviamo:
“Sulla mia lista di cose da fare ci sono solo 3 cose. Ho anche 3 incontri programmati prima delle 3 PM. L’universo sta cercando di dirmi qualcosa?”
Il secondo invece recita: “Ieri era il giorno numero 333 dell’anno. È davvero interessante come la mente umana possa dare così tanta importanza ad un numero arbitrario e alle coincidenze” passando al terzo, infine, troviamo: “Mi sento come se fosse l’E3”.
Non ci resta dunque che attendere le 02:30 di venerdì 7 dicembre per scoprire se, finalmente, avremo la possibilità di assistere all’annuncio di Borderlands 3.

Fun fact – Today is day number 334 (number of days that have elapsed in the year). Yesterday was 333. It’s really interesting how human minds take so much meaning in arbitrary numbering systems and coincidence. People will lose their minds when the calendar flips to year 3000.
